Calvin Cropley first was introduced to art at the early age of eight years old, since then he has completed numerous amounts of courses with the creative process and technicality. He completed Information Technology or Computer Engineering with the exception of Certificate 1-2 and Occupation Health and safety in 2007 NMIT (Northern Melbourne Institute Of TAFE). Then carried his interest in Visual Arts, he progressed his study through a solid 4 years and understanding the fundamentals of failure and discipline throughout art.

In 2009 he found Photography classes at the same campus as his previous course, and since having Photography as a hobby it made perfect sense to carry on that path of interest. Whilst studying he found himself gain experience working as a photographer, and continued to work with contributing with editors and editorials as well as fashion blogging. His main interests are music, live events, social events, journalism and creative personal projects.

After Visual Arts / Photography he then continued working on his own personal projects and contributing as well as building a collection for the archives. Made several books, mostly unseen to the public. One book in particular was presented as the portfolio of he’s next enrolment.

Calvin is now currently studying a Bachelor Degree at RMIT and is carrying on into Photojournalism and Fine Arts.
